  Hidden in the lush mountains of San Luis Potosí, Mexico, lies one of the country’s most extraordinary treasures: the Edward James Sculpture Garden . James, a British poet, patron of the arts, and eccentric millionaire, chose Xilitla as the perfect setting to bring his dream to life. What he created here is nothing short of surrealism embodied—an extravagant labyrinth of concrete structures that defy logic and invite imagination.    After wandering through the garden, I crossed the street to explore the Edward James Museum , an essential stop to understand the man behind the vision. The museum fascinated me with its depth and detail. I found myself asking: Who was this man with such boundless imagination? How were these massive concrete forms created? How do they still stand today? The answer lies in the wooden molds used to cast each sculpture.
